What Jude's up to:

Before I get started, I need to apologize for being late with this newsletter. Life is definitely tossing curve balls this way. LOL But, as the old saying goes, better late than never!

As many of you no doubt know, I'm not writing at the moment and that hasn't changed. Sigh. How sad is that? The good news is, I'm now editing for one of my publishers, eXtasy, and feel very good about staying involved in the business as well as hopefully helping authors polish up their work. So far, it's been a lot of fun and I've read some really awesome stuff! Not sure how I'll handle deadlines, but we'll cross our fingers and see what happens.

All of my work is still available, so don't be shy, run out...errr...you can actually forget the running and simply slide your fingers around the keyboard, and go buy any or all of my work. Simply check my website for URL's and off you go.

Health-wise, well, I'm still kicking. Seems I've got to see a new specialist soon, that'd be after a laser surgery and an MRI scheduled for next month. Boy, do I know how to have fun, huh? LOL

My animals are all doing well. Spring is finally here and we haven't lost anyone, so it's been a very good year for us. Three last year fawns are showing up nearly every evening for a free meal and my buck has taken to coming for a handful of peanuts, as well as his apple. He likes his head rubbed. Seems the nubs where his antlers are starting itch and he likes me to rub them. Who'd have ever dreamed I'd be out there rubbing a buck's head?

What Jude's been up to: Yes! Summer finally arrived. Whoo hooo! This might look a tad crazy to those of you who are in the midst of a heat wave, but for us westerners, we've been craving a little heat and until the last couple of weeks, been denied. The day here or there, simply teased us. So, instead of sitting here in a long sleeved shirt and sweater, I'm now in a little t-shirt...uh, I don't do shorts though, sorry. Besides the weather, life is going along, ups and downs like a drunken soldier weaving my life into some kind of crazy dance. Not complaining. Just observing. Whenever I feel it couldn't get much nuttier, it does. LOL Our shed is now up and mostly filled with tools, which is what I've been hoping for. Hubby is happy, he's got some place to putter when I drive him out. I'm happy, the next time he's in the dog house, I'll have somewhere to send him. LOL As you can see, I've got a few things happening bookwise. A good number of my previously released books are out, or will be out soon with eXtasy Books. A new one, Here Puss, is doing extremely well there and the long awaited Bondage by the Bay, Tales of BDSM in San Francisco has finally been released. Jazz is in edits, which is awesome. He's got a release date, January of 2012, so make sure you save a few dollars so you can buy it. Or, pre-order it for either yourself or someone who you know will like it when it's available later this year. I'm now working on an odd little thing involving a dog, a vampire and Charlie. Not saying another word or it might jinx me. My animal family are all doing super well. I've got fawns coming to visit and tiny raccoon kits who are hilarious with grapes.
