New stuff at Jude's website!

All rightie you guys, Jude's been busy updating, uploading and fiddling with her website, again. She's got a new guest author that you've just got to check out, with a very hot story called, 'A Sticky Situation' I know you'll love it, so check it out here

Also, Jude's added a slide show that's utterly cool and shows off the covers for her books in a very nifty way. As some of you know, HTML is not her second language or even one she's got listed, but this program was super easy to figure out and she went nuts. If you'd like to have a look, click here

You'll find new books published, and new ones to be released soon, so take a little time and do some wandering. Then, let her know what you think. Have a fantastic weekend!

An Acquired Taste Release tomorrow -come and chat

I'm thrilled to finally have this one being released. It seems to have taken forever. I know it didn't, but it's been finished and edited and all that for awhile and I just wanted it out there so you all could read it.

To celebrate it's release, I'll be in the Venus Press chat group, and would love to have you all come and visit. Here's the link so pop on over if you have some spare time. I'll be there all day:

Venus Press Chatters at Yahoo

If you're not a member, you will have to join, but that takes only moments. I'll be sharing the day with fellow VP author, Derek Musgrave, whose book Performance Review is coming out tomorrow as well. It's going to be a blast!

I've been struggling to get back into the swing of writing since coming home from vacation, and it's finally starting to pick up. I was beginning to think I'd never get more than 500 words done in a day. Sheesh. At that rate I'd be pumping out a grand total of one book a year, if I was lucky. I'm pleased to say though that I'm going to have the sequel to And There Were Beasts done in plenty of time to get edited and out for All Hallow's Eve. Morgan and Joshua are extremely special people, and I'm sure you'll love them.

Okay, I better get my butt outa here and finish getting ready for that chat. Oh, and if you can't make the day one, I'll be in the FAR chat room tomorrow evening at between 8:00 and 9:00 PM EST. You'll have to scroll down the page until you find the Chat Here button, then voila, you're in.

Have a great evening everyone and hope to see you soon.

Jude

Listen now!!

Fantastic News!
Now you can listen to an Excerpt of The Deal

About a month ago, fellow erotica/romance writer Leigh Ellwood offered me the opportunity to have an excerpt of one of my books read via iPod. I chose The Deal, a very heated little section of it at her request. She did the reading, and wow does she sound hot. If you'd like to listen, here's a link to the page she has it listed on.

You'll have to scroll down a little, but look for my name. Beside it you'll see 3-10-6 Click on that and voila. You'll get to hear a little about Leigh and what she has up and coming, and then you'll hear Sabrina and Matt in a very sexy little clinch.

It's me again

I know, I've been bad, but hey, I've been busy too. I guess the first thing I should mention, is that my short story 'And There Were Beasts' placed in the top ten at the Preditors and Editors Readers Poll. I now have this spiffy new logo to place somewhere on my website. Am I please? You bet your bippy I am. And There Were Beasts was my first changling story and I was thrilled that it went over so well with my readers. If any of you are interested in checking it out, drop by Venus Press

On to more writing bits. I'M SWAMPED.... LOL I've got work backed up until the beginning of next year, which is a good thing, sort of, maybe, I think. In April of this year, the second installment of my 'Dealing With' series will be out. 'Another Deal' takes Matt and Christine to England, where they seeks vengeance for the murder of her sire.

In June, 'An Acquired Taste', a sexy, little, mild BDSM story will be published. Construction work sure wasn't like this when I had my house built, but that's where the inspiration for this came from.

August will bring you 'Pink Ribbon' Another BDSM story, this time not quite as soft, but not all that rough either. A spanking, a little exhibitionism and a whole lot of sexy fun.

Some time in either Oct. or Nov. 'The Scorpio Tattoo' will come out at Venus Press. A ghost, a girl and a psychic all come together. She's kidnapped, he finds her, and the ghost joins in the fun. Where does the tattoo come in... well you'll just have to wait and see.

At Darker Pleasures right now, you'll find part 2 of my story, 'A Job for Mandy' Here's what the publisher has to say about it: Ah, newlywed bliss. Or there would be, if Mandy’s husband Frank wasn’t spending so much time at a nearby men’s club. Not only is she feeling neglected, but Frank won’t even tell her anything about what goes on there or what attracts him to the place. Unwilling to accept evasions as an answer, Mandy decides to do some undercover work on her own – and ends up with the toughest job she’s ever loved. It's the second part of A Job for Mandy by Jude Mason.

I think that's it for now. I know I've been terrible at keep you up to date here, and I'll try harder to fix that. Have a great day and do something naughty

Jude

Preditors and Editors Readers Poll

It's that time again folks. The Preditors and Editors readers poll where you get to vote for your favorite author, short story, novel, editor, and a whole lot more is now up and running. I've been nominated in two categories, Author and And There Were Beasts has been nominated in the short story romance section. I'd appreciate a vote, but if you have another favorite, please cast your vote for them.

Almost Happy New Year!

I know, I've been bad and it's been ages since I posted in here, but jeeze, I've been sooo busy! Let's see, where to begin. I've been scrambling to get this BDSM story done and managed to get it sent in to the editor just before Christmas. It's called Pink Ribbon, and there's this cover you see, that would be perfect for the story. I have one month to get the story accepted to get the cover. And wow, what a sexy cover. Nude torso of a gorgeous guy, with a ribbon dangling down the side of the page. Perfect. Cross your fingers for me everyone.

Oh more news. I got an email from Sex-Kitten.net yesterday and Dance of Submission is in print and available.... YAY! Links to buy here: Sex-Kitten , Amazon and Barnes and Noble I'm jazzed big time about it and hope sales go crazy.

On a more serious note, I'd like you all to send a prayer to my publisher at Darker Pleasures and his family. Just before the holidays, his son fell from the fourth floor of an apartment building and has been in coma since then. He's showing signs of progress, but still has a long way to go to recover. Take a few moments and give your loved ones a hug, and send a prayer to my friends boy. Thank you all.

And now, I'm going to head off and see if I can't get something constructive done. Thank you all for stopping by and I wish everyone the very best of the season, and a wonderful 2006

Hugs
Jude

News, prize giveaways, and Piers Anthony joins Venus Press!

Great news and man have I been busy! Tha chat I was involved with at ebooklove, was a great success and congratulations to Pat, who won the photo and to John, who sent in an amazing photo of himself dressed as a werewolf and won a copy of my All Hallow's Eve book 'And There Were Beasts' Check is photo out here Thank you John for being such a good sport!

I've just had 'Another Deal' accepted, contract signed and all, by Venus Press with a release date of either April or May in the new year, so look out for that one. If you've read 'The Deal' you'll remember Matt and Sabrina well, but even if you haven't read the first book, book two will make perfect sense. I've taken my vampire couple to Whitby England this time around, to avenge the death of her sire. The action is hot, and so are my two vamps.

I've also sent in a surprise novella to Venus. I'd sat down to begin a story for an anthology called BDSM Bound, which is scheduled to come out sometime next year and had this wonderful idea. Well, my wonderful idea ran wild. 35,000+ words later, I yell whoa baby and An Acquired Taste was born. Much too long for the antho, I had my good friend and writing buddy D. Musgrave take a look at it, and he said, yup, it's a novella. He did an edit, thank you sweetie, and off it went to VP on Friday.

Oh and some amazing news for both Venus Press and its authors. World renouned sci-fi author Piers Anthony has joined our ranks. Yup, we got a big time celeb. He has a book titled 'Relationships' coming out sometime in the beginning of '06 and boy I can hardly wait. Wooo Whoo Venus Press!

Now I'm off to get busy on a tantilizing tale of tit treatment that'll hopefully amaze the readers of Darker Pleasure soon. Who knew that a camping trip on another world could be such a treat. Take care and I'll yack with you again soon
